Feedgas emissions control has become more stringent in recent years.  SAT, can optimize feedgas emissions while providing the best balance to overall drivability.

Aftertreatment calibration has become a more important part of the overall emissions control in recent years.  SAT can optimize base SCR control and DPF regeneration calibrations.

With the amount of data available on newer vehicle programs, it is important to fully utilize the data.  We can help develop scripts to identify opportunities.

SAT has repeatedly demonstrated the ability to quickly meet most smaller electronics needs.  We specialize in low volume development controllers with fast turnaround which traditional electronics suppliers do not support.  Below are several examples of projects we have completed for customers: 

• Controller to convert CAN signals to analog voltages

• Controller to convert LIN message to CAN message
• Controller to provide closed-loop rail pressure control for a bench test
